The FES in their quest to contribute to the consolidation of a more equitable society, made up of free and responsible citizens, has incorporated elements of coexistence and civic culture in all actions that the areas of health and education promote.

In that sense, its strategic objectives are the following:

Participate and support the Civic Committee of Civic Culture in Cali 5C.
Promote and participate in the consolidation of the Public Policy of Civic Culture in Cali.

Promote the visibility of citizen action through a variety of communication strategies.
