seoraTo fulfill its mission, the FES has focused its practice in two strategic or programmatic areas, which are:

                          - Education                               - Health

Civic Culture is a transverse axis which allows all actions developed by the Foundation.  We aim to not only achieve higher levels of equity but also generate a sense of belonging in the city and country.

FES has a multidisciplinary team of researchers and experts who make improving the lives of Colombians a priority, and this allows the Foundation to offer the following services:

  • Advising the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of social projects.
  • Investing issues related to education and health. The Foundation advances research, analyzes results and formulates methods of intervention to address social problems in the country.
  • niosProject Management.  The FES, leveraging its experience in the country, serves as a resource manager for projects. Its actions range from the identification of suitable projects executors, supporting the generation of partnerships and resource management for the development of social programs.
  • Communication and Outreach for the Foundation, to encourage and participate in the discussion of the country's social problems and possible solutions as a tool to mobilize and put on the public agenda in the region and country.
  • Administration, the Administrative Area of the FES has a qualified team and technology necessary to offer its customers highly efficient administrative services and quality, this condition allows us to be managers and operators of social programs and projects that are consistent with our mission.
